Jim Lackey, Chief Executive Officer

Jim Lackey is Chairman & CEO of Complete Holdings Group, Inc. (CHG), a holding company that manages revenue cycle operating companies that serve the needs of healthcare facilities.  The initial portfolio company is EnableComp, LLC.

Lackey is former Chairman of the Board of Directors for Passport Health Communications, Inc.  Lackey was with the company since it’s founding in October 1996. Passport was sold to Experian in late 2013.  He was CEO of the company until retiring in 2009.

Prior to joining Passport, Lackey spent four years with the nation’s largest worker’s compensation PPO, FOCUS Healthcare Management, as executive vice president and later as president.  Before that he was vice president of administration and one of the founding officers of Coventry Corporation and assistant vice president of administration for HealthAmerica Corporation.  Lackey’s diverse experience also includes hospital administration and health care consulting with Ernst & Young, LLP. 

He serves on the board of directors for NextGXDX, PharmMD, PatientFocus, The Nashville Capital Network, Harpeth Capital, Complete Holdings Group, Brightstone, Williamson Medical Center Foundation and E|SPACES. He was a board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council for eight years.

Among his notable industry accolades are three “Healthcare 100” awards from the Nashville Business Journal and in 2015 was honored as Legacy Entrepreneur of the year by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. Lackey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma Baptist University


David F. Jones, President

David Jones brings more than 30 years of achieving operational excellence to EnableComp in his role as President of the organization’s holding company, Complete Holdings Group. As a nationally respected executive coach, consultant, and author, Mr. Jones draws on his highly successful career with a Fortune 250 company, and, more recently, with his consulting firm which specialized in enabling companies to improve and sustain performance at all levels. Jones’s domestic and international clients included significant leaders in both healthcare and a variety of other industries.

Jones has served as organization development consultant to EnableComp since 2009, and joined the firm as its President in 2010. Prior to that he founded and led The David Jones Group which worked with companies and leaders to think bigger, perform better and execute faster. In addition to his consulting practice, his experience includes 30 years of Human Resources and Operations management within the energy industry. As Vice President of Operations, he oversaw more than 1,300 employees and corporate assets across 25 states, with annual operating budgets in excess of $400 million. He was also selected to lead the transition teams for three separate multi-billion-dollar mergers, consolidating and realigning key functional areas.

Active on a number of national Boards and Advisory Committees, David holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Houston. He has completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Michigan, Rice University, and The College of Executive Coaching. He has authored a number of articles for professional magazines and his first book on successfully navigating career transitions, Surviving and Thriving After Losing Your Job: How it could be the best thing that has ever happened to you!, was published in 2008.


Kevin Helms, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer


Kevin brings more than twenty years experience in healthcare. As former Regional Vice President at CorVel Corporation he led sales, operations and service delivery for all workers' compensation claims and managed care operations producing approximately $80M in annual revenue. Other past roles include Vice President of Sales and Account Management at FOCUS Healthcare and Voicecom Telecommunications along with Director of Sales responsibilities with Healthcare Innovations and MangedComp. Kevin holds a BA in Speech Communication from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.


Phil Clark, Chief Financial Officer

Having spent more than a decade in financial leadership, Phil Clark is ideally poised to drive the financial management of EnableComp and its parent company, Complete Holdings Group. Phil, who joined EnableComp from Passport Health Communications, is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including reporting, budgeting/planning, forecasting, treasure, risk management, internal controls, and investor and banking relations. His vision, expertise and entrepreneurial experience offers tremendous leadership for the organization. In addition to coaching his boys and participating in Boy Scouts, Phil volunteers with Show Hope of Franklin, an organization that provides financial assistance to families who adopt children.

Hamilton Bowman, Chief Operations Officer

Hamilton Bowman is a seasoned, healthcare leader responsible for delivering client solutions for EnableComp through the management of client relationships, operations, and technology initiatives. A keen qualitative and data analyst, Bowman drives the file assessment process and claims history review and leads the Analytics Team to identify and reclaim errant payments for clients. He propels process improvement for clients with robust variance analysis and reporting.

Prior to joining EnableComp, Hamilton oversaw the operational management of multiple Data Mining Division regions including multiple national payer clients and Blues plans for AIM Healthcare. In this role, he managed client relationships across multiple departments at the executive level, including claims, corporate recoveries, finance, and network management. Throughout his tenure with AIM, Hamilton led the creation, development, and overall operations of the hospital bill audit, ancillary audit, subrogation, and pre-pay service businesses, including a network of over 100 Registered Nurses, Coders, and Pharmacists. In addition, he created the pre-pay claim validation division, managing the client relationships and processes, as well as the executive reports, revenue numbers and financial statements.

Kevin Hulvey, Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Kevin Hulvey is responsible for creating the technology vision and roadmap for the company and it's products as well as directing software development and IT resources. Kevin brings a wide breadth of technology experience to the company including SaaS software development, high impact data management, information security, and large-scale infrastructure management.

Kevin's previous roles include Experian Health (formerly Passport Health Communications), the National Security Agency (NSA), US Air Force, and Lockheed Martin. He also teaches collegiate technology courses. Kevin holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Troy University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

In October 2015, Kevin was recognized as CIO of the Year by the Nashville Business Journal.



David White. Senior Vice President, Reimbursement & Data Quality

With more than two decades of experience in the Workers’ Comp industry, David White brings a wealth of specialized expertise about the system’s payment practices and complex regulations. A member of the EnableComp team since its founding in 2001, he has been instrumental in the development of its proprietary technologies and operating processes. In addition, White has worked closely with state regulators to clarify payment policies and share provider perspectives.

Prior to joining EnableComp, White served in a variety of leadership roles with developing healthcare companies. Most notably, he served as Vice President of Finance for FOCUS Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of Workers’

Compensation PPO networks; White managed the company’s acquisition by United HealthCare in 1994. His other positions included roles as principal of Insight Consulting, a financial and business development consulting firm; Chief Financial Officer for InterLogics, a medical device and
return-to-work company; and Chief Financial Officer for Providers’ Assurance Corporation,
a specialty Workers’ Comp management company.


Angela Caldwell, Vice President of Finance & Controller

Angela joined EnableComp in July 2011 and currently serves as Vice President of
Finance and Controller.  She is responsible for the company's financial reporting, budgeting, payroll and treasury management.

Before accepting this position, Angela worked for eleven years in various Finance roles, including Director of Finance at Passport Health (now Experian Health).

Angela holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lipscomb University and in 2015 was named to the Nashville Business Journal Women of Influence.

In the community, Angela is active with her church and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.


Arjun Seth, Vice President, Implementation & Project Management


Arjun Seth is a seasoned leader with 15+ years of experience in healthcare, technology, and product development. Arjun is charged with successfully onboarding EnableComp clients while ensuring a positive experience throughout the implementation process, and beyond.  In addition to Implementation Strategy, he leads EnableComp’s Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Management efforts.  Arjun also leads the Research & Development Group, constantly exploring new opportunities to enhance value for EnableComp’s partner clients.

Arjun joined EnableComp from HMS, Inc., where he led full-scale implementations of FWA, pre-payment, and post-payment integrity solutions for state Medicaid agencies and MCOs. In addition, he consulted and implemented internal data-mining solutions for HMS’s payment integrity divisions.  Prior to HMS, Arjun served Optum, Inc. / AIM Healthcare’s Technology Engineering and Data Mining divisions in Product and Project Management roles. Arjun also brings experience from the Finance and Defense industries.

Arjun holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He is an active member of his community
and is proud to call Nashville home.


Heather Ullig, Vice President, Human Resources

As the VP of Human Resources, Heather Ullig is responsible for the successful people leadership and strategy within the organization to support EnableComp’s Core Values through employee engagement, talent management, benefits, compensation, recruiting, culture and employee relations, etc. Heather joined EnableComp from Experian Health (formerly Passport Health Communications) where she was responsible for providing HR counsel and leadership to share best practices and empower leaders to drive a high-performance culture and engagement through their teams.  She brings over a decade of Human Resources experience across the manufacturing, financial services, technology and healthcare industries.  


Heather holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP).  In 2015, Middle Tennessee SHRM (MTSHRM) named Heather the Human Resource Professional of the Year.


Jeff Drake, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Jeff Drake’s health care experience bridges nearly four decades. The majority of his career has been
as a senior officer with multiple organizations and entrepreneurial business ventures within the health care services industry. Jeff’s vision and domain expertise in founded on a career that spans multiple levels of the health care spectrum including hospital and physician services; managed care; self-funded employers; ancillary health services; revenue cycle service; and consulting to health care providers and large employer groups on health care cost management.


Jeff served on the founding executive team for Passport Health Communications where he was an Executive Vice President. As Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, he was responsible for growing the company from a Nashville start-up to an industry icon serving more than 1800 hospitals across all 50 states. Prior to that, he served as EVP and Chief of Sales and Marketing for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ohio and Executive Vice President of American Health Group, a disease and health cost management company where he was part of the original start-up team and remains as Vice Chairman of the AHG Board of Directors.
